Data Controller is Resistor S.r.l. that will process your personal data only to manage your request and provide the most appropriate response. Your data will be stored only for the time necessary and in any case no later than twenty-four months from the receipt of your request (unless otherwise required by law). The provision of your personal data is free, however, failure to provide the necessary data will prevent us from meeting your request in whole or in part. If you decide to provide us your personal data, we inform you that they will be processed only by personnel authorized by the Data Controller. CUSTOMER PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTICE

Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" or "Regulation"), the customer (if the customer is a natural person, a sole proprietorship or a craft business and its employees and collaborators; otherwise the customer's directors and/or employees and associates, if the customer is a legal person) is informed that your personal data will be processed by Resistor S.r.l., as Data Controller (hereinafter also the "Controller") for purposes relating to customer management, compliance with accounting and tax obligations, the planning of activities, and internal control services, through processing, including electronic, consultation, comparison with pre-established criteria and any other appropriate operation relating to the achievement of the above purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) (execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures) and c) (fulfilment of legal obligations) of the GDPR.

If you decide to provide us with your personal data, we inform you that they will be processed by authorized personnel and will be stored only for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purpose (unless otherwise required by law).

The achievement of the purposes in question may also be by means of transmission and communication of data to third parties, meaning such third parties authorized to process the data itself, as they perform or provide specific services strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship (including through continuous processing), such as computer service companies, companies that provide payment services, outsourcing companies, consultants and professionals, all in compliance with the provisions of the law on data security. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) (execution of a contract of which the data subject is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures) and c) (fulfilment of legal obligations) of the GDPR.

CANDIDATES PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTICE

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR" or the "Regulation") and, if you have voluntarily sent your Curriculum Vitae to our company in accordance with Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Code"), we inform you that your personal data (hereinafter also referred to as the "Data") provided by you to our Company, will be subject, in compliance with the legislation referred above and in accordance with the obligations of confidentiality which inspires the activity of our Company, as per article 4 of the GDPR. In particular, we wish to inform you of the following.

A. DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Resistor S.r.l. (hereinafter also the "Company" or the "Controller"), with registered office in via Togliatti 21/23 - 20030 Senago (MI).

B. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The personal data concerning you - collected and processed by the Company - are those you have entered in your Curriculum Vitae, such as but not limited to, name, surname, address, telephone and computer numbers, educational qualifications, previous work experience, interests, hobbies and your personal photo.

In this phase of recruitment and selection of personnel, the Company needs to collect only the data relating to any membership in protected categories, without further details, therefore, we will not process any data relating to health. We therefore invite you not to include in your curriculum vitae any data relating to a particular category in accordance with art. 9 of the GDPR (relating, for example, to health, religious beliefs and political opinions), with the warning that if they are indicated they will be immediately deleted.

C. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The Data provided by you and indicated in your curriculum vitae will be processed exclusively for purposes relating to the procedures for the selection and recruitment of personnel through processing, including electronic profiles and inherent consultation and comparison.

Pursuant to article 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for the purposes indicated is the execution of pre-contractual measures in order to evaluate your application. Furthermore, we indicate that, pursuant to Article 111-bis of the Code, your consent is not required for the purposes in question.

D. MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data of the data subject will be processed by authorized personnel in accordance with article 29 of the GDPR and article 2-quaterdecies of the Code. As already indicated in point b) of this information privacy notice, please do not enter special categories of data such as those relating to your state of health. If these data are included in your curriculum vitae, the Company will immediately delete them.

The processing operations will take place in accordance with pre-established standard criteria and provide for all appropriate operations relating to the achievement of the objective pursued. Depending on the channel used by the candidate to maintain relations with our Company, the processing methods may also be telephone, telematic or postal.

E. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your Data may be communicated to external recruitment companies only if you have contacted these companies for activities strictly related to the purposes of this information. If you have voluntarily sent us your Curriculum Vitae, the Controller will not communicate your data to external parties.

F. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY
Your Curriculum Vitae and the Data contained therein will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Union.

G. STORAGE PERIOD
The candidates' curricula are stored by the company for the time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives pursued and, in any case, no later than the calendar year following their receipt/realization. At the end of this time interval, they are destroyed.

H. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In relation to the processing of the aforementioned data, the Candidate, in accordance with Articles 15 et seq of the GDPR has the right to obtain, without delay by the Data Controller, information about: a. purposes of processing, b. categories of personal data in question, c. recipients or categories of recipients to whom such personal data have been or will be communicated, especially if recipients from third countries or international organizations, d. existence of the right of the data subject to request to the data controller to rectify or erase personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to object to their processing, as well as the existence of the right of the data subject to ask the data controller for the portability of his data.

I. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT OF THE DATA
The provision of Data to our Company is mandatory only for Data for which there is a legal obligation (i.e. established by laws, regulations, measures of Public Authorities, etc..) or necessary for the execution of the contract. In all other cases, the Data Subject is free to confer or not to confer its own Data. It should be noted that the assessment of the candidate is not binding and does not prejudice the possible hiring.

J. CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of the requested Data is not compulsory, however, failure to provide it will not allow our Company to carry out the checks required by current internal procedures and, as a result, it will be impossible to carry out the activities necessary for the purposes of personnel selection.
